Dear Voyeurcloud users,
We have received some email messages expressing concerns regarding our relationship with Voyeurweb. The Two Most Important Factors:
1. What happened to Voyeurweb?
Voyeurweb (until recently) was operated, maintained and run by a group of networked parties called the Voyeurweb Network Partners since 1997. In May 2012 a new party responsible for billing only and called "Social Media Inc" tried to take over the entire network without consent of the other partnes and unfortunately succeeded to hijack the VW related domain names.
In response the former VW Network Partners abonded any corporation with Social Media Inc and continued to work together under the Voyeurcloud domain name and lanuched several legal actions to gain back the control of Voyeurweb domain names.
2. What does Voyeurweb own?
Voyeurweb, which now seems to be operated by Social Media Inc. does not own anything: You uploaded your pics and vids to the former Voyeurweb Network and not Social Media Inc (which by the way was founded in 2012 never received any clearance to use any uploaded footage from the former Voyeurweb Network). We strongly encourage you to have your content removed from Voyeurweb. Furthermore Social Media did not process any payment records before end of March 2012 and should not use any member records prior that date, e.g. userids and passwords. If they still do, they do it without the consent of the original processor iPay Technology and violate state, federal and international law.
3. What comes next?
The former Voyeurweb Network Parties will continue to provide reliable services under the Voyeurcloud domain name. Legal firms are launching steps against the current operators of Voyeurweb in several countries, including UK, USA, Canada and Panama as we believe that dozens of contracts, laws and regulations have been violated by the current operators of Voyeurweb. Do not expect any visible results withing the next weeks as those legal procedures are known to be slow.
